I have given this time to see how it worked for me. I am really happy to say the effect on my joint paint has been amazing pain and stiffness gone! Unfortunately I cannot say it has helped my sleep pattern which I'd hoped for. I would highly recommend giving it a try, the sheet washes well. I purchased the double sheet sometimes I have it horizontal on the bed or vertical it works well both ways it's just a personal preference.

I’ve bought 2 grounding fitted bedsheets a grounding yoga mat and a small grounding pad I’m absolutely over the moon with how I feel. I sleep soundly every night and I keep grounded throughout the day at home with my grounding mat. The circulation in my legs is 100% better. To be honest I haven’t seen any improvement with my sleep as I expected from using this sheet. I’ve used it for over six weeks or more and thought I would have had a better nights sleep by now. I have read the reviews in which people rave about it but unfortunately for me it hasn’t helped. Sorry.

The sheet seems to help with my sleep, but can't say I've noticed a difference to water retension in my legs. I'm quite disappointed with the foot mat, don't seem to notice any benefit from that, and find it very narrow?

The first four to five days of use produced absolutely no change. I was wearing v warm pbs which probably didn’t help. Then from about day 6 and after a change to v light pjsI felt more vitality and oomph and was delighted! I have slept rather better than before often awaking only once nightly and sometimes not at all. I do still have little relapses when the stéroïd treatment for an auto immune disease is reduced, but i am certainly more proactive, able to do a bit more of my own gardening and house work and generally speaking less of a blob! I am convinced the sheet is making a considérable difference to my well being! I have taken on board the advice given to have flesh in contact with the sheet and jettisoned the top half of my pjs. I willing get braver and lose the other half when the weather improves!

Purchased half sheet and Matt the sheet does ruck up a bit but still works. Better sleep all round. We both get up less in the night. I also purchased earthing rod so I can take my Matt in the motor home in winter. Very good company ethos and excellent customer service. Would and have recommended this company.

I've given 4 out of 5 because the purchase and product are good quality BUT I'm not sure whether the half sheet has improved our sleep significantly. My husband said he is sleeping for longer periods of time and I generally feel more relaxed in bed so who knows! :)

Havent really noticed any difference since using the earthing blanket other than initially a few less visits to the toilet during the night. Sleep is about the same. I was hoping the blanket would help with long term morning pain from a fractured ankle but nothing significant to report.
