Earthing Conductive Yoga Mat – Overview
Just pop the yoga mat on the floor non slip blue side down, attach the earthing cable and plug it into a wall socket. Its really that simple to set up.
The socket is usually switched off all the time and there is no need to unplug from the wall when you are not using the mat.
You are just using the earth connection in the wall socket and as it uses no power you don’t even need to switch it on.
